Cookie Policy
This page explains what cookies are, which ones we use, and how you can control them.
Last updated: September 5, 2025
1) What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help websites work and perform basic analytics. We aim to keep cookies to a minimum and avoid tracking you across sites.
2) Types of cookies we may use
- Strictly necessary: required for core site functions (security, load balancing, form submission). These cannot be switched off.
- Preferences: remember simple choices (e.g., whether you dismissed a banner).
- Analytics (lightweight): basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage and improve the experience. We do not use them to build marketing profiles.
Our core lead form does not require cookies to submit an enquiry.
3) Current cookies
As of the date above, we either do not set cookies or only set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance. If we add optional analytics, we will update this page and the banner to reflect that choice.
- Essential session cookie (if used): maintains session continuity; expires at session end.
- Cookie-consent state (if used): remembers whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies; lasts up to 6–12 months.
4) Your choices & controls
- Banner controls: If/when we use non-essential cookies, you can accept or reject them via the banner. You can change your decision at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer (when enabled).
- Browser settings: You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Doing so may affect site features.
- Do Not Track: We don’t track users across sites, and we honour the intent of DNT where possible.
5) Data transfers & providers
Some providers that power our site or messaging may be located outside the EEA. When that happens, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses). For details, see our Privacy Policy.
6) Updates to this Cookie Policy
We may update this page as our site and providers change. We will post the new version here with the date above, and update the banner if needed.
